1. So… what exactly is the Beat Burnout Blueprint?
Think of it as your reset button. It’s a 12-week guided journey with coaching, group support, and practical tools to help you go from “I can’t keep doing this” to “I’ve actually got this.”

2. Who’s it for?
Social workers, lawyers, nurses, teachers, therapists, entrepreneurs… or honestly, anyone who’s been running on empty and wants their spark (and sanity) back. If you’ve ever fantasized about quitting life to live in a cabin off-grid, or have felt moments (or weeks) of hopelessness and desperation, this might be for you.

3. How much time will this take?
I’m not here to add another thing to your never-ending to-do list. Plan for about 2–3 hours a week—some group time, some reflection, and some “aha” moments. Netflix will forgive you.

4. What do I actually get?

  • Six one-on-one coaching sessions (every other week)

7. Do I have to bare my soul in group sessions?
Nope. You can share as much or as little as you want. Some people talk lots, some people soak it in quietly. Both ways work. But the more you give, the more you get.

8. What if I miss a week?
Life happens. You’ll still have access to all the program content, and group sessions are often recorded (so you can binge them later like podcasts).

9. Is this therapy?
Nope—it’s coaching with a wellness focus. If you need therapy, I can point you toward resources for that. This program is about giving you tools you can use right away.
